No, it’s not the first day of spring yet. But we did have a patch of sun this afternoon and I was able to snap some photos.
Someone tell my yard that it’s still winter. Or don’t—I’d like these beautiful buds to stick around awhile.

Beautiful photos…be careful of the green flowers (gopher bush) we have a ton in our yard too (also in Seattle), but it is poisonous if little ones ingest it. Wish we had the sun back!!!
Thanks for the tip, Beth! We also have lots of foxglove which is icky too. Wish the previous owners hadn’t planted poisonous stuff.
